Added [Auditable] attribute to the Chat entity to enable auditing functionality. Created a new migration (AddAuditableToChat) that adds InsertTime, IsRemoved, and RemoveTime columns to the Chat table, along with the necessary database schema updates to support the auditing behavior.
Reference tables (Province, City, BasicTable, IncomeCostTitle, UnitState, Transaction) require stable, manually assigned IDs that are cross-referenced by other entities. Identity auto-generation is disabled to allow explicit ID assignment from seed data.
- Regenerated InitialCreate migration to reflect new entity configurations
- Configured many-to-many relationship between CostCycle and Unit with NoAction on Unit side to prevent multiple cascade paths
- Updated UnitCost relationships: Cascade from CostCycle, NoAction from Unit
- Removed commented-out global filter code and replaced with explicit relationship configurations
