Reference tables (Province, City, BasicTable, IncomeCostTitle, UnitState, Transaction) require stable, manually assigned IDs that are cross-referenced by other entities. Identity auto-generation is disabled to allow explicit ID assignment from seed data.
- Regenerated InitialCreate migration to reflect new entity configurations
- Configured many-to-many relationship between CostCycle and Unit with NoAction on Unit side to prevent multiple cascade paths
- Updated UnitCost relationships: Cascade from CostCycle, NoAction from Unit
- Removed commented-out global filter code and replaced with explicit relationship configurations
The CORS middleware was incorrectly referencing `webapp-cors` for the `accessControlAllowCredentials` header, which should use `complex-cors` to match the actual middleware name. Also removed a commented-out TLS certresolver line that was no longer needed.
Updated the connection string environment variable from `ConnectionStrings__Default` to `ConnectionStrings__ComplexConnection` to align with the application's expected configuration key.
